Please note, bookings are final and no refunds will be given if you are unable to attend the workshop. You may be able to reschedule your workshop however this is at the discretion of the Jewellery Collective team.

In the event of an emergency or extenuating circumstances, please call us to discuss rescheduling your workshop. The rescheduled worskshop must be taken within six (6) months of the original booking date. 

Please also note that when you book a workshop with Jewellery Collective, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions. 

How do I pay? 

All of our jewellery workshop bookings are done online via our secure website. We accept a range of payment options including direct bank transfer, zipPay, Afterpay, Paypal and credit card payments. 

Social media & marketing material 

By booking a workshop, you agree that any photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes and social media. 

Privacy policy
Jewellery Collective respects your privacy and will never sell, trade or distribute your personal information.

Age requirements 
Our courses are open to students 16 years and older. 

Learning and mobility issues 
If you are planning on booking a workshop for someone that has a learning or physical disability, please call us to discuss this.

Our workshops require a fair degree of physical strength and concentration. Jewellery making can be dangerous if not done correctly, so we prefer to offer students with learning or physical disabilities one on one classes. 

Pre-requisites  
Some of our courses require prior learning, please check the course description thoroughly before enrolling.

Missed classes 
It is the responsibility of the student to attend all classes, no make-up classes are available, for any reason. We are running a busy school and we have very few free spaces available. 

Rescheduled workshops  
We reserve the right to reschedule a workshop in the event that there is an insufficient number of students subscribed to the course

Health & Safety 
We provide a full safety induction, however we will not be held liable if you do not follow instructions or adhere to our safety standards. 

By booking a class with Jewellery Collective, you agree to adhere to all of our terms and conditions. We reserve all rights to refuse to teach a student if they do not adhere to our studio rules and health and safety policy.

What if I need to reschedule a workshop? 

We often have a waiting list for our workshops, and as we only offer small class sizes, please ensure that you are physically able to attend our workshop prior to booking it.

If you need to reschedule your workshop, we will require at least 3 weeks notice. The rescheduled workshop MUST be taken within six (6) months of your original booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
